Allen is persona non grata - check out the WGO thread - and was turfed a number of months ago. His shares are under lockup apparently and he is the subject of an ever increasing VSE investigation. APG was warned to distance themselves from Allen. APG has found office space - today - and should be attempting to operate tomorrow I suspect. Wait until they resume trading before ditching management. This is a wierd situation.
