Halliburton is the crookedest company since Enron. And both were/are close-close allies of Bush-Cheney. What does that tell you right there?

Briody is a friend if mine. Not a close friend but we've had discussions. The reason his book didn't go deeper was because Halliburton is a secretive company like the Carlyle Group which doesn't want nosey writers finding out what it's really up to. So they wouldn't tell him anything. But just from the headlines you can see they're corrupt. They have a long history of ripping off taxpayers, fraud, illegal business dealings and arrogance, and that's all escalated greatly under Bush-Cheney.

One thing I'm very concerned about is that cheney's convicted swindler crony Chalabi is now in charge of the Iraqi oil ministry and Halliburton manages it. That means two major Cheney-related crooks watching over the money that was supposed to rebuild Iraq and fund our military efforts there. And we hear 10-25% of that Iraqi oil is being stolen before it can be sold. So who's stealing it?

OK Glenn, you're on the record as defending Halliburton. Now wait for the congressional investigations. They're coming soon. I'm going to make you eat your words and prove you have been pimping for major criminals. Once the clear evidence is out there I will expect your apology and denouncement of the failed Bush-Cheney regime.
