But did you read the NY Times article? The quotation I extracted from it is not representative of the contents of the entire long article. I take lots of supplements myself, wasn't agreeing with that particular quotation. He talks a lot about the difference between the supplements and the whole foods that contain the nutrients, and about the overall diet as opposed to a particular supplement considered in isolation.
