Potential Sellers are nixing the bids.....too low, which accounts for the utter lack of volume. The SIP is as you know the most volume sensitive complex based on its metrics of inclusion. Despite all trade tactics applied, well owned floats only respond to higher bids and hence; when bids are too low, volume goes away.
