Hi up the stairs, first let me say that I have found nothing concretely wrong with the company. My decision to sell had a lot to do with my gut feeling as well as the fact that in the last two years I have lost a lot of money with extreme speculative plays. I rather miss a multi-bagger than see my capital disappear.

Nevertheless, here are some of the reasons for my gut feeling:

1-Could the news delay be a stalling tactic. There are rumors that the find will be in the 5 mil range. However, my research shows the geo is legit.

2-Ceo background shows he has been involved with other failed ventures in the recent past. The company itself has been reincarnated, with a new name at the right time.

3-Every time I call to talk to someone a secretary picks up and asks: "Which company do you want to talk to." It sounds to me like this guy has rented a room at one of these shared office locations. The secretary takes sometime and I can hear that I am being remotely connected to a mobile phone. The ceo himself repeats the same thing every time I call. Like he is reading a script, answers questions I don't even ask, tries to be convincing.

4-The other gold property they have is worthless, the website is cheap.

Look, having said all this, all the above is my personal research and opinion, which does not amount to a hill of beans. I could very well be wrong in my assumptions and this thing can be a multi-bagger. Everyone has to decide for themselves where to draw the line and reduce risk.
