His response was a prepared response, well rehearsed... the problem is that when you boil it down to its essence, it means the same thing, e.g., anything counter to keeping on the offensive emboldens those barbarians... and this guy Brownback didn't disagree with this point, in fact, in his own words he says he doesn't need to embolden the enemy, but he doesn't say his plan would discourage them either... just more typical dummycrat talk with a little different outside wrapping... they have NO PLAN but to talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, and talk...
