Rob

PS) Like me, many of you were shareholders of the predecessor company, Stratex Networks (STXN), or the company that preceded that, Digital Microwave Corporation (DMIC). The merger with Harris Corporation's Microwave Communications Division creates a much larger company but, unlike our larger competitors, we remain a "pure play" in this arena. Consequently, I expect to see higher share price volatility than in our larger competitors. (To me, higher share price volatility spells greater investment opportunity.) I am glad to see Chuck Kissner and other key executives from STXN continuing to work with HSTX.
