checked into sbam for you and found the following:

news release yesterday that they bought up Universal Beverages
they have exclusive distribution agreement with 7-Up
Should help get Stella Bella to market.

BofD looks good with ex-Snapple and Pepsi executives

Only downside would be lawsuit regarding the issuance of
non-registered shares. Don't know current status of this??
