Thanks rock_nj ..

Unfortunately I have municipal power and am not a
direct customer of a public utility which means I
don't qualify for any rebate/cost reduction programs
for installing energy efficient or alternative
energy systems .... so anything I do will be on
my dime so to speak .... The joys of living in
an expensive zip code .... grrrr ..
