No, because as you pointed out, in some cases one would have to BUY to get within those guidelines. That's not consistent with Honey's inference that he had QQQ on hold in those two issues (April and May of 2001). Furthermore, in those same two issues, he says that QQQ is "recommended." That's not consistent with a hold rating, and nowhere in those issues does he actually SAY they are on hold.

Good point. Are saying one part of his newsletter has QQQQ as a buy while another has them as a hold?

Is that like telling his newsletter subscribers to stay fully invested while on the radio he told someone with a "fresh" $300,000 who was considering real estate or the Stock Market .... to look at CDs?

In any event, I can sure see how David Korn has done so well trying to interpret what Brinker says on the radio!!
