Dan,

I recall your messages of "Shorts Beware!" and Wincom's March 18th news release denying conversion of the private placement.

Apparently there was news on the negative side that ordered the conversion to take place. I'm concerned about the companies position of not keeping it's shareholders informed on good and bad news.

For Wincom to win the appeal, I hope we have evidence of the alleged short selling that occurred over the last several trading days. Who would be on the buying side of ~2.7 million shares from the last several days?

Dan, here's your chance to answer some questions and keep us investors informed:

1. Is Wincom doing anything important at the IVDS Symposium held
in New Orleans tomorrow that will improve Wincom's industry
position and create partnerships that will enhance shareholder
value?
2. When will the Appeal be heard and when can we expect you
to report a judges decision on the Conversion of debentures?
3. When can the shareholders start receiving regular reports
from Wincom Management on the progression and delivery of
milestones met (a management report card) for the business
plan (the mother of all business plans that has been years in
the making)
4. Is the 10K still ready to go out at any time, or has the almost
1 year wait made the information invalid? What happened to it?
What happened to the 10Qs that used to be filed?
5. What happened to all of the partnerships that were announced
over a year ago (Ameritech, HPOS, BETT, and others)?

The investors do remember and simply need to be kept informed. In order for the shareholders to start trusting and supporting management through these trying times, management needs to make a vow to bring us investors up to speed and continue to keep us informed moving forward. YOU HAVE A BIG PART IN THIS, AS THE INVESTMENT RELATIONS DIRECTOR.

Good luck with the Appeal -- we are depending upon you and management.
