Except this is the third witness who has now said that Libby told them about Plame at least a week before he, Libby, claimed UNDER OATH to have learned about Plame's role.

In prosecutorial circles the "magic three" unrelated witnesses to prove a point of fact is what you want. Fitzgerald seems to have that, and more.

It will be very hard for the jury to believe that Scooter forgot how he learned of Plame's identity, or who told him, when a week before he met with the people he claimed told him he was telling at least three (and probably more) other people.

He will be convicted of perjury.

And Rove and Cheney haven't testified yet. The cross on them ought to be interesting.
