Any idea of the new process announced by Intel and IBM are going to delay UTEK's LSA another generation?

It seems to me the LSA tool will still lower leakage... and better devices with less leakage are always the goal... but I've not seen a "Parato Chart" for the sources of CMOS leakage in a long time.
