Sanfred AGM on Horizon - Time for new Management? For all you long suffering SND shareholders stand up and be counted! Today was record date - meaning if you held Sanfred Shares in your account today you are eligible to vote at the upcoming AGM. The current board of SND, with one notable exception, are a bunch of Lackeys for Michael McCormick and his wife who have been hanging paper on this baby for years.
