You are incorrect. The draw for the US army is in fact very small. If the draw is increased (through a draft for instance), then determination becomes our primary obstacle to winning. Our adversary does not suffer from such problems.

Our army isn't shrinking because of our losses.

I could argue with you...in any case our determination is shrinking because we were sold a bill of goods...the mission is not what was described, the reasons bogus, the lack of competence glaring....these are our phyrric elephants.
