The Israeli devastating strike against Lebanon used American bombs, American jets and American money. And still the media describes the Lebanese government as pro west. (With friends like that, who needs enemies, eh?) No wonder the Lebanese PM broke down publicly. No wonder the country is now on the brink of civil war. Israel, on the other hand has been quickly re-supplied with all the latest and greatest US weapons of mass destruction. Including those "bunker buster" high explosives. But, they aren't intended for Lebanon.
