Yes, I would agree with that. I have no problem with the state taking a healthy role in making capitalism more transparent as well as better behaved. Regulation is rather vital IMO. Hopefully the Dems in Congress understand that they have a similar responsibility to make the Executive branch of government more transparent and better behaved. So far it is looking like they might do this.
