rruff: The RegDX is old news, a paper copy that backs up previous filings. Those filings contain the # of shares and the price at which they were issued. Marc and Ed took shares (12M each at $.085) for retiring their piece ($1M each) of the patent license agreement debt. It was covered in an 8K: sec.gov Marc and Ed also received shares (5M each at $.04) for working three years without salary: sec.gov sec.gov IR said all these shares carried a two-year restriction. They were factored into the O/S long ago.
