The West does not set up high tech centers in Palestine via multi-national corporations, and subsidize them. The Palestinian and Arab peoples in general lack much of the skills (political and technical) that Zionist Christians and Jews transfer to those multi-national corporations. AIPAC works overtime to see to it that only Isra'El stays ahead in this game. I know this from personal experience. One of my High School buddies lived in occupied Palestine for two years in the mid-60s. His Father at that time was a chemist with Allied Chemical. len
