It is my opinion that the Palestinian Jews, Christians, and Moslems who can prove residence in Palestine prior to say 1945 (arbitrary number chosen by me), will have a vote on the coalition government set up to dismantle Isra'El, the Jewish state, to form a new democratic nation representing all people who qualify to stay.

Perhaps, the Arab countries would welcome back those Jews who either left voluntarily to go to Isra'El, or those who were run out because of Isra'El and Zionism. Perhaps, Palestinians would permit many former Isra'Elis to stay.

I would not emphasize "blood" but residence and legality of land ownership. If land was legally purchased in Palestine, that land would have to be honored.

What the Palestinians need do is to create a governmental body, along the lines of South Africa's "Truth and Reconciliation Committee" to sort of most of these issues.

There are many ways to choose from.
