I don't accept your premise. The Iraq war wasn't about Bush proving that Sadaam had WMD.Thats just liberal MSM propaganda that will not stand the test of time. You have no "facts" in that regard. WMD could have been hidden...to yet be found. WMD could have been trucked to Syria as some reports suggested. The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. It was Sadaams obligation to show WMD or show documentation that he destroyed what was known to be there. He refused. Sadaam was bound by legal UN cease fire agreements going back to the first Gulf War. Bush upheld the agreements when Sadaam was found to be in breach of them. You don't like that...but history will show it that way.
