Gramps,

You got it. It sure looks too pretty, 2/1 ORI, 3/1 TYG and 0/0 AKA?
This will pretty things up for investors, but it sure means a lot more BYG shares ouy there. I'm glad I hold a lot of AKA. Spoke to Arne at AKA/ORI the other week and there is talk of turning the decline around and coming back out on the valley floor, sort of a sideways vee. This will give access to the depth where they believe more and better lies. Hopefully AKA can remain independent as a company. I believe that this amalgamation will help because BYG will own 70% of Goddell instead of 17% and that will make them a lot more interested in getting the ore out of the ground. When they only owned 17% I figured there was a risk that they wouldn't touch the stuff for a long time, because of the greater profit in mining their own ore. Now I feel more secure. Apparently, there are ongoing discussions to sell their interest in the US property, and with the further payment from ORI including shares, we should be sitting on about $0.36 in cash, a positive income stream (albeit small), apparently mark Aplas is a cheap mucker (good for us), and some gold in the ground. I sure hope they start building that mill real soon.

Sincerely,

Al Cern
