bronco...i liquidated my position as the price rose..yes maybe the long term...but we could have said that 2 years ago...I really think they did not explain things properly...if u read the 2Q, you wud never have suspected this...adjusting for seasonality (slight) they were more close to 20% below my top line estimate now lets factor in the higher than normal AR provision for last Q...I am willing to bet even money they stuffed the channel (VARs) with product....from the press release, they initiated the restructuring analysis in August...dont u think this is relevant information!...they didnt even mentioned this when I talked to them I like the cost cutting because we all knew they were too fat...but they need to cite real reason for decline in demand on a hot storage mkt....remember mgmt owns so little of this co. unless they sign alot more OEM customers....EXBT will drift down...book value should be 8 1/4 to 8 1/2
