Pound (especially) and Euro are ridiculously expensive in purchasing power terms. That ain't going to change unless they have a lot less inflation than the US. US will fall against the Yuan and maybe Yen, but not against those currencies long term I think. So selling some of those and buying USD seems to make sense to me. Aussie is not TOO expensive, so only a gradual accumulation of USD in order.
