The horses sure got a rest yesterday, so they should be fresh today as we start a new quarter and the traditional end of quarter "funny business" should be over and rational heads should be looking at the fundamentals and coming news. I would like to think that the 400,000+ traded on Monday indicates that the smart money was placing their bets a day before the end of the quarter.
