What would you do about border security?

And if you say build a wall I think you haven't seen the price tag. About 90 billion dollars. We can't afford it unless we really fear Mexican illegal laborers which we don't because in many ways they are a boon to our economy.

I would toughen it by bringing back our troops from Iraq and using some of them to guard the Mexican border. 10,000 more troops turned Border Patrol with flying drones.

Four years ago I went to Tijuana and walked back into the US. Nobody even stopped me and asked who I was. I could have been anyone. I walked right through. And that was at the official border crossing. That struck me as very weak.

Remember, greater threats to our country are not likely to be Mexicans who are usually harmless, they would be from other countries. THose Mexicans who are violent criminals are likely living in the US already and members of gangs. We are a much more violent country than Mexico. Partly due to the NRA's insistence that everyone who wants a gun should have one.
