What do they say? Those who can't do, teach (kidding). It is a lot easier to write about a trade than to do the trade. Nobody is perfect.

SEPR is a wonderful trading vehicle. In a stock that moves like SEPR, it pays to be forgetful about buyouts. Just basic math. One can make more $ trading the ups and downs then the holding for the actual buyout. I definitely think that SEPR is still in a range. The rock around SEPR's neck is generic ambien. The hope is a buyout. But I think the range is wider now than recent, more to the downside. I am not holding for buyout but I am fishing for buyout with cheap options selectively.
