Saint Petersburg, Fla., Feb 01, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- H3 Enterprises Inc. (HTRE) formally announces the election of their new board chair, Keith P. Chutjian. Mr. Chutjian has an extensive and successful history in financial services with special emphasis on staffing early stage ventures and launching new technologies. For this reason, H3 believes he is best qualified to serve as Chairman while the Company embarks on the launching of its revolutionary H3TV, the grand opening of their first HipHopSodaShop; a cyber gaming, healthy fast-food restaurant in St. Petersburg, and the release of the first H3 white tea beverage product, "BG7", an energy drink that has been named for and marketed in conjunction with Chicago Bulls all-star Ben Gordon.

With a strong financial background and Wall Street presence, Mr. Chutjian will be vital for launching the H3 brand into the market as one of the first publicly traded companies dedicated to the hip-hop community and culture.

A graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Chutjian co-founded Lava Trading Inc. in 1998, which provides banks and funds with their patented institutional software applications reflecting superior execution and order management capabilities. Lava deservingly earned a reputation as a technology leader on Wall Street and was acquired by Citigroup in 2004. Mr. Chutjian worked in securities on the American Stock Exchange, first on the Rockrimmon Securities equity option-trading desk, and eventually assisted in the launch of their proprietary trading division utilizing the latest electronic execution technologies. He began his career in the financial services sector with a management internship at The Bank of New York and the origination of Ulster Savings Bank's New York Metropolitan Region loan portfolio. Mr. Chutjian currently invests in various venture capital projects while serving on the Board of Directors of Upstream Technologies, LLC and American Independence Financial Services, LLC.
