The Arabs care about Palestine, just not as much or as deeply as the Jews care about Israel. About as much as I care about Scotland and Ireland, where my ancestors came from. Which is not at all, though some do, somewhat. A lot of the Arab's "concern" for Palestine is because they've lost every war they fought with Israel, and is totally fraudulent. Arab leaders in other countries see the Pals as a pain in the ass, useful only for flogging Israel.
