I saw the same thing, so I called and talked to the CEO from US Modular today and the merger is still on but they need to finalize the paperwork. He expects to be public by March 07 as long as everything finalizes properly. If everything goes through we have a company that's been in business for 6 years and growing at a 40% rate YOY! If I hear anything else I will update the board.
