When Bush appointed Cox to head the SEC, they promised "transparency". Instead, they've delivered "grandfathering". It is bewildering that nobody at CNBC has the balls to take on this issue. They promised "transparency", but how does the Computer Era influence the frequency of reporting, short interest? We go from the decades-old standard of once a month to.... ta da!!..... twice a month......... sec.gov No comment from CNBC, while you never demand more than a wink and a smile from Greenberg? You really need to get a report out on this Bush/Cox act, before The Colbert Report does.
