Thanks Steve; The announcement to the board was actually at the NY presentation he did last week. Unfortunatly the news wires didn't pick it up. As I'm the worlds worst person with names I can't tell you who he is except for he was a MAJOR force at IBM. Wish I had remembered to bring my digital recorder as I have the worlds worst memory. Don't want to confuse the facts with a great issue! Grammy
