I have XP PRO, will be upgrading to VISTA in a few weeks. My selection right now is Comdo Pro Firewall*****, Paid Avast/NOD32/AVG antivirus*****, Paid Ad-Aware/a-squared/SpySweeper Pro*****, it will knock-off any other combo. (Defender** doesn't live up to it's name - my rating is a 2.) Should have more than just one anti-virus/anti-spyware program, with multiple combinations carries memory burden. I have 4GBs of memory and will be expanding to 8GBs with VISTA..... I need my X-box. You will never have another phish.... :)
