The housing cycle is still going down and you have already decided it's just a correction in a bull housing market? Guess that explains your tactful and diplomatic comments in a later post.

Heaven forbid that this "bull market correction" takes another two years (or more) to work itself out, like that other bull market correction in the early 1930's.
