Your comments suggest otherwise but there's nothing to be gained by arguing. As for me, I am on the sidelines. These stocks are in the stratosphere given what is going on. That doesn't mean they won't go higher but I wouldn't sleep at night if I were long any of the 20 or so builders I follow. They are all consistently overpromising and underdelivering.
