Making money is why we are all here. Of course we tend to discuss the economy, stocks, etc. in the hopes of making more money.

I've participated on single stock boards to great success, and I've also participated on these economic boards for background information.

If you are on this board, I assume you are trying to understand the housing market. My view is housing will be worse in '07 than '06, by every material measure: price, transactions, etc. I've outlined why in this post:

I doubt we have seen the bottom in this cycle by any measure.
