I talked to the company and the group who is taking them public today. This is going to be a great merger imo, the only problem is they are still not a 100% sure if they will be using this shell. They have a few on the table and COBN is definately one of them. This is what I know:

US Modular has been in business for 6 years and are growing at a 40% rate YOY. They plan on going public sometime in March and taking the company on a road show to attract large investers. Last year the company made approx $30 million in revs and are EBITDA profitable, they didn't give the $ number. IF and I say IF they come public through COBN they didn't believe they would do a R/S but of course that could change. The reverse merger is being done by Gemini Partners and will also include a $10 million financing deal.

One of the positives regarding the merger is that both the CEO and Gemini referred to Continental Beverage as COBN, actually the CEO pulled it up on his computer because he was shocked that the stock had gone up. So COBN is a solid candidate. They claimed they didn't know the other shells involved but maybe they just couldn't tell me, not sure.

Bottom line is if this goes through COBN this is going to be one hell of a stock to own at these prices and with the O/S count. At this point it's roll the dice and hope it lands here because if it does we should hit the jackpot imo!

Do not buy this stock base on any of the information above, it is all speculative.
