The real news on ARRS is the BBC web TV which Tandberg and ARRS will have a look at the business future they both have as a joint venture in Europe. EU is behind in Cable operator and last mile development. Web TV maybe the way to go at first? Eventually last mile is still a must to expand bandwidth.

On the other front, Bill Gates dreamed of MSN.com going web TV? ARRS must become a partner to distribute such content on CMTS systems for MSN.com, perhaps prml data compressed analog/digital signals?

So, the synergy of Tandberg and ARRS may be the look of future TV avenues of communication paths?
