I've followed all the PC companies for many years, and I'm somewhat surprised at the rate at which Dell has been losing market share especially at the hands of HP. I don't think I fully understand what is really going on behind the scenes in Austin. It can't simply be poor service, as even today the competition also has problems in that area... It almost seems as if a firm famous for being process driven simply fell apart in that regard... As for Mikey, if he and Rollins were truly co-CEO's, then he is part of the problem. If in fact Rollins really ran the show and Mikey was occupied with other things, then we shall see...

Best regards,
John
