Kaz, CDI's Wearable partner, VIA has a patent which IMO is tighter than XYBR's patent and CDI has the trademark "THE WEARABLE" for our offering. XYBR has already had to fight off Rockwell relative to their patent, while nobody has challenged the VIA patent. The difference in the patents is that ours is for a FLEXIBLE WEARBLE COMPUTER which allows us to offer smaller packaging.

If you go back to XYBR's 10K from last year and read their subcontract with their headset supplier, you will notice that it has a forecast for sales of their 586 product as follows:

Month # computers/headsets forecast
====== =============================
Mar 97 150
Apr 97 200
May 97 425
Jun 97 550
Jul 97 650
Aug 97 700
Sep 97 900
Oct 97 900
Nov 97 1025
Dec 97 1100
Jan 98 1150
Feb 98 1200
Mar 98 1200

Since XYBR did less than $150K Revenue for each of the first 2 quarters, and now they are selling their pentium product, I assume that they might have been a tad optimistic with this 586 forecast. You have to take any order forecast with a grain of salt in terms of its underpinnings until you actually start seeing real orders come in. You can then use that info to predict a more accurate order stream.
