Vucicevich has made similar "statements" using his current conduit, Airys418, who seems to relish the mouthpiece role, even though he knows he's responsible for spreading material information that has not been released to the general public. Considering that the engagement letter is material information that should be made public, I would expect a PR soon from the company.
