Society would be shaped for the better if Thomas Jefferson's "separation of church and state" was adopted world wide, and completely.
Completely, meaning,can be only practised at home, or in the temple, church, mosque or synagog of choice.This would particularly hold true for the leaders of all countries,Catholic, protestant, Muslim and the like.
Religious choice should be a private matter, completely, and not be in everyones face.The world would spin much happier.<g> |
