Let's do the math. 3 million OEM installs at an CPGA of $100 costs you 300 million dollars, plus cost of capital. At a 54% "take rate" that nets you 1.62 million subs that agree to become an "Initial subscriber".

How did you find out what the CPGA of an OEM install is? I haven't noticed XM providing that information publicly. You, of course, realize that CPGA for OEM and CPGA for retail are different, and that reported CPGA is just an average of the two and likely doesn't reflect the true CPGA for either? Right?

Or is this one of your "made up facts"?
