Do you think that the ML analyst would have published this if ML had his company participated in the secondary? Take a look at Edgar and you see 6-7 million new shares floating around. Look for some paid announcements from paid shills like Morgan Stanley, Cowen, or Soundview. Fidelity owns 10% of the company, watch them toot.

Hey with luck, the market will send it back down into the teens, and you can load up.
