Rick the sentence certainly could have been more concise. There have been two companies I've been following loosely, FSCX & SSPIF. When I was refering to buy ratings I was refering to those I had observed before, I have not seen any recently, but would be suprized if some came out soon(of course after the boys have gotten their chunk). Probably during the show, unless one leaks out. See that dog opened at 6 1/4 on the bid, after some stop orders were sapped up at 5 7/8. Beware folks, instinet is always just waiting for those types of situations.
