Thanks, but for this y need a much longer history - like 20 years to be meaningful. It is well known that after Y2K wages are down CPI adjusted therefore the growth in borrowing and HELOC loans.

The interesting feature will be average wages and stock market prices over this period, Wonder if you can get the data for 20 or so years
