Since marijuana is against the law, criminals now sell it to whoever they can get to buy it. If they decide to sell it at our schools, then that is where they will sell it.

If you restrict sales to a certain group, won't the criminals currently selling to everyone continue to sell to that group.

Well maybe they won't have much of a market, if the kids can get a supply diverted from legal sales, but that only means that the law against selling to kids isn't having a major effect.
