With regard to the fatality rate...

Unfortunately in a pandemic, the fatality rate will be much higher than what's currently be seen because of the lack of ICU equipment to get affected people through it. Right now with the limited number of people who come down with it, I would assume all that do are put on ventilators in an ICU. If millions of people get it, that's not going to happen. There are only around 100,000 ventilators in the U.S.
