Jack,
Glad to you're still here!

They're late with the audit.
The students who ask for an extension on their assignment
are usually (but not always) um, not exactly cream of the crop.
It is not a positive indication, but not necessarily negative.
Maybe their records look like my desk (whoa! maybe not THAT bad)
and the auditors etal need more time to sort things out. Maybe
bad $ and they need to figure a way to present it in a rosier light.
Problem is, I've heard no news besides that on the news services,
and no rumors...no news can really depress a penny stock no matter
whats coming down the line...

>We could take the positive slant and presume that the revenue stream rose drammatically and overwhelmed the auditors!!!

Yahoooooo! They have to double and triple check their figures
to find out where all those extra zeros came from? (wish that would
happen to my paycheck!)

Get out or average down. Hard call. Doesn't look like its going down (any more than it has :-)) but you never know.

Perhaps they see a bit of competition, so a report with numbers
and evaluations might help their marketing efforts (Doctors & Bean
counters like that sort of stuff, no? :-))

The only thing which bothered me about the report (besides its mildy
hokey tone :-)) is (see bold):

" These improvements were acknowledged in the report of a ``Patient Medical Record Review'' of this practice, conducted by a highly
regarded, nationally known, Managed Health Care Plan
."

Huh? Managed health care plan is a nice "keyword" for us investors
(maybe all the doctors in the plan will find it in their interest
to buy PrimeCare, heheheheh) but... why couldn't names be named?

I could see it now: (warning: facetiousness and cynicism follows...)

Addition to previous press release:
The evaluation of the PrimeCare system was performed by Sid & Elmo's healthcare plan specializing in care for workers in the bellybutton lint industry in Detroit MI (they're a nationally known healthcare system: brochures were sent to Sid's folks in San Diego)....
