An ASSUMPTION.

Few would dispute the goal of 'fighting terrorism' and fighting any enemies who might employ terrorist tactics (more to the point...) but that still begs the question: What is the *most effective* way to combat our enemies?

(Because no one in their right mind would actually support *ineffective* tactics.)

Obviously, there are many more then 'one' approach to consider... many more then 'one way to skin a cat'.
